Property Services Co-ordinator

37 Hours – (Temporary) 12 months until 31/1/2021

We currently own and manage over 6000 properties, support over 1600 vulnerable customers in care and supported housing projects and employ over 600 people.

Our Property Services Coordinators handle a wide range of maintenance services, repairs and programmes to keep our assets well maintained and compliant.We wish to appoint a full time Property Services Co-ordinator to work as part of a team managing servicing and inspection programmes.

The team also provides support services to our Maintenance Team processing all invoices for the department; using our Housing database Civica CX and Keystone to accurately schedule and record service visits at South Yorkshire Housing Association properties.

Starting salary: £18,630 per annum plus generous holidays’ entitlements and benefits

Working Hours: 37 hours per week
