Over 2 You Customer Feedback Volunteer
The Over2You network is a quality improvement network which works across all of our 20 LiveWell schemes. The network aims to raise the aspirations of customers of what good ‘quality’ looks like and enable co-production to be at the heart of our services.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to support us on our Over2You visits to speak to customers on an individual basis about their experiences and identify areas that are working well and also areas for improvement. As part of this role you will be required to travel across South Yorkshire independently.
If you wish to gain experience in speaking to a wide variety of individuals, recording feedback and working as part of a team, this could be a fantastic role for you.
