Customer Survey Volunteer
We are looking for a volunteer to contact our customers by phone to find out about their experience of our service, and then inputting their feedback into our computer systems.
You will be contacting a wide-range of customers by phone; and on occasion will need to demonstrate a level of patience and understanding.
Our team is involved in gaining feedback from customers to inform how we might improve our service.We aim to listen and understand our customers, provide them with a voice and use their feedback to help transform our services.
We are seeking 3-4 individuals to work up to say 20 hours per week between them. We are flexible in terms of working patterns although it would be helpful to have a spread during the working day.
The role will be based in Sheffield City Centre and will involve collating feedback and recording the data on our system. Support and training will be provided.
